The 19-year-old scored 19 goals and provided eight assists and his performances have attracted plenty of suitors.

Manchester United are said to have already made a bid of around £90million for Felix but that is some way off Benfica’s valuation.

They are not willing to let him go for anything less than his release clause, which is £105million, it is understood.

And Man City have made an offer which matches the teenager’s release clause, a report in CM Jornal claims.

They also say that the Manchester club want to tie Felix down to a four or five year contract worth around £4million a year.

The club have not submitted an official bid just yet because of Financial Fair Play, but an informal offer has been made to prove to Benfica their intention to sign Felix this summer.

Real Madrid are another club who are said to be interested in Felix and have seen an £80million bid turned down.

Earlier this week Los Blancos announced the signing of Luka Jovic from Eintracht Frankfurt, with the Serbia forward becoming their second signing of what is expected to be a busy summer of transfer business.
