After months of negotiations, Real Madrid and Chelsea appear to have finally agreed on a fee for Eden Hazard.
The 28-year-old has a year remaining on his current contract and could cost the LaLiga club up to £115million.
According to The Sun, Chelsea will receive £100m with a possible further £15m in add-ons, with Hazard signing a four-year deal worth a basic £400,000 a week.
Real president Florentino Perez recently revealed the Spanish side have been trying to sign the Belgian for a long time.
“We have been trying to make Hazard a Real Madrid player for several years,” he told on Spanish radio station Onda Cero.
“We are working on a project to make people dream again, where we recover our hunger and ambition. I have already lived through this stage before.

The Europa League final on 29 May is likely to be the player’s last competitive appearance for Chelsea.
Since arriving from Lille in a £32m deal in 2012 he has won the Premier League twice, the Europa League, the FA Cup, the League and scored 85 goals, creating 54. This season he top scored for the club with 16 league goals and his 15 assists was more than anyone else.
Chelsea have already signed Christian Pulisic from Borussia Dortmund for £58m.
