Massimiliano Allegri will leave Juventus at the end of the season, the Serie A club have confirmed.
A statement on their website read: “Massimiliano Allegri will not sit on the Juventus bench in the 2019/2020 season.
“The coach and the president, Andrea Agnelli, will meet the media together at the press conference, which will be held tomorrow, Saturday 18 May, at 2 pm in the conference hall of the Allianz Stadium.”
Allegri, 51, departs after five years in Turin. He won the league championship in each of those five seasons, also completing four league and cup doubles during that time.
Juve also reached the Champions League final on two occasions under the former Milan boss, but finished runners-up both times.

A journeyman as a player, Allegri represented 11 different clubs throughout a 19-year career, before hanging up his boots to begin coaching in 2003. He spent half a decade in the lower leagues of Italian football before being brought to Serie A by Cagliari.
Milan hired him in 2010 after two solid seasons with the Sardinian club, and in his debut season at San Siro Allegri guided the Rossoneri to their first league title since 2004.
They finished second in Allegri’s sophomore campaign, and dropped a further place the following year. 2013/14 was far less successful with Milan sacking Allegri in January after a poor run of performances and results.

Juventus’ decision to hire him that summer came as a surprise, but they’ve enjoyed dominant success throughout Allegri’s half-decade in charge.
Allegri has long been linked with moving to the Premier League, with Arsenal and Manchester United both reported to have previously been in contact with the Italian.
There have been no recent hints from Allegri over where his future lies, while the identity of Juventus’ next manager also remains unknown.
